PASS offer various crew management combinations which can be designed specifically to your needs.  We can either provide partial crew or supply a full crew complement where we take full responsibility for the entire crew.  In all cases we work very closely with you maintaining close contact so that a solid relationship is built up.

We render assistance to Ship Manager/ Owners to run their fleet of vessels effectively and economically by providing experienced, efficient and well qualified officers and Ratings for deep sean and coastal vessels to some more specialized personnel for offshore construction projects including welders, Crane Operators, Scaffolders and Riggers.

The Officers/Crew/Ranks selected, recruited and manned by our company are equipped with necessary  valid and authentic documents such as Certificate of Competency, Master Mariner, M.O.T., Safety Certificates, STCW 95, CDC etc., according to IMO regulations.  Moreover, all our seafarers are well experienced and fully conversant with IMO regulations.
